Monday

Meet at the Vanier Track 3:30pm (60-75minutes)
  • Speed training, technique drills
  • Strength training, plyometrics, medicine ball work
  • Fast feet drills
  • Weight training/core work

Wednesday

Meeting at different locations 3:30pm (60-75 minutes)
  • Aerobic endurance session

Saturday

Meeting at Nymph Falls (parking lot) or Seal Bay (on Fitzel road) 10am
  • Speed endurance (hills and intervals)
  • Agility drills
  • Technical drills
  • Warm up and cool down (race smart)

10 sessions: $150 (minimum 4 athletes)
Drop-ins: $20 per
