Getting StartedGetting Started is for those who would like to be more active, lose weight and lead a healthier lifestyle. Each session will be 60-75 minutes. Each individual is different and will be realistically challenged with their training and goals. This Walk or Walk/Jog group will do a minimum of 5km each session with the ultimate goal being to jog more than you walk. No stress, no pressure, just work at your own pace with others who want the same as you!
