ClinicsAll Clinics are tailor made at the Individual/Coach/Group's request. Focus being on Speed/Power and Agility. Duration of each session will vary depending on age/skill level/specificity/ # of training days in a week; although average training time is 90 minutes, but could be as long as 3 hours in a day.
